We know it all too well: Summer in the Rio Grande Valley is hot. While we're used to warm weather here in Texas, the higher temperatures make it even more important to take care of your health and beauty to protect the esthetic you've been carefully working to achieve. What I would recommend is a three-pronged approach to summer beauty.
Hydration starts from the inside out. Even the best moisturizer won't solve parched skin if your body is in need of more water. Drink water throughout the day and stick to one cup of coffee or tea, as caffeine is dehydrating.
