MiraDry and Botox® Cosmetic are two readily available options for hyperhidrosis. The protein found in Botox® binds to the nerve endings near the injection site. Therefore, temporarily blocking the chemical signals from the nerves and preventing them from triggering a response from the sweat glands. This same action is what clients see when treating fine lines and wrinkles.

Botox® can significantly reduce the sweat glands from producing too much sweat.
You are a candidate if you are looking to reduce excessive sweat in the hands, feet, and other areas. Dr. Sanchez and/or one of our Beautique Botox® Cosmetic experts will discuss your treatment with you and determine if this is the best treatment method for you.
Shortly after arriving at Beautique Medical Spa, you will be escorted into a treatment room where your Botox® specialist will cleanse the area being treated. The precise amount of injections will be determined and they will use a small needle to give you precise amounts of Botox® in your concerned areas. The number of injections will be determined by the number of concern areas being treated and the severity of your symptoms.
You can expect to see results within 24 to 48 hours of your treatment. However, some patients do not see full results of the treatment until two weeks after their Botox® treatment.
This treatment typically lasts six to nine months. To maintain your results, you will need follow-up injection sessions with one of our Botox® specialists. If you need to schedule a follow-up appointment please click here to book.
