Getting the Most From Your Beautique Medical Spa Experience

Get the Most out of Your Service.

It seems everyone is chained to their scheduler these days, however, arriving late to your appointment takes away valuable treatment time. We want to be respectful of all of our clients’s time and in order to avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time and you’ll be responsible for the full treatment cost. While we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and the you will be  charged the full treatment cost out of respect to our therapists time.

We encourage you to schedule about two weeks in advance or upon checkout of a current service to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.

While waiting for your turn we ask that you please respect the tranquility of other spa guests and refrain from phone conversations and loud noises that may disrupt others in the spa.

We also ask that you limit that amount of guests that come with you and due to the nature of our services young children may not be left unattended.

New Clients

To our New Clients, “Welcome to our Family!” Chances are we’ve been chatting and texting and can’t wait to meet you in person. Because we are a Medical Spa, all first time clients have what we call “get to know you” welcome forms as well as any consent forms you may need for your service which is why we ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you can have plenty of time to unplug from the craziness of life, fill out the Get to Know You forms, hydrate and use the powder room before your whisked away for your Beautique transformation.

Cancellations

Some days life gets in the way. We totally get it. If you need to cancel an aesthetic appointment, please contact us a full 24 hours before your scheduled service time and we’ll cancel and reschedule your appointment with zero penalty.

To cancel you may call or text us at 956-664-1234 to let us know that you will need to cancel.  All appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to 100% service fee.  This fee is to compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. 

 

All NO SHOWS will be charged a 100% service fee to compensate our estheticians and medical providers time and to make sure that by limiting no shows you will always have access to your preferred service times.

Gift Cards

Everyone loves Gift Cards and they make the best gifts, but like all gift cards the are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Gift cards do not have any expiration date. BeautiBucks and other promotional gift cards can will expire.

We are able to keep track of balances so if you were to lose your card, chances are that we can track how much is left. Although not 100% guaranteed, we will do everything in our power to help.

Accepted Forms of Payment/Refunds

Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of first treatment.

All services are final sale, and we don’t offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best achieve the desired outcome if cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results. But we do offer our Happiness Guarantee and while there are no refunds, we will do everything within reason to make sure that you are happy with the service you receive.

*UltraSlim “Lose 2 Guarantee” valid only for your first UltraSlim session. If a package was purchased, the full package price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

We love to help our clients get the best pricing possible which is why you can save significantly in a few ways.

  1. Pre – Paid Packages. Our Pre-paid packages usually save our clients up to 20% off services when paid in advance. Service packages and pre-paid treatments (except Laser Hair Removal) must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase or they will expire and the remaining balance turns into store credit. Laser Hair Removal packages must be used within 18 months of date of purchase before they expire and the remaining balance turns into store credit.

Personal belonging are the full responsibility of the spa guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Beautique Medical Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

What are Medical Spa Policies and Why Even Have Them?

Oh those pesky rules. We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable guidelines, which allow us to provide high standards of service. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, there are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.

It really comes down to doing our best to be fair to all of our clients and team members. Thank you for your understanding.

How Do I Make An Appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is easy.

We always encourage new clients to call us at 956-664-1234 because there will be many questions to answer, and we like to help schedule the best service to help clients achieve results.

Established clients are encouraged to schedule their next appointment immediately at checkout because our schedules fill up quickly. Other methods are to make follow-up appointments online . All clients are always welcome to call or text us directly at 956-664-1234. Many clients also use social media to reach out to us.

Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment time. You will NOT be charged a fee for the appointment. The only time we charge a credit card on file without a service rendered is if a client simply No Showed to their appointment. The charge for a NO Show to a scheduled appointment is 100% of the service scheduled. The reason we require a credit card to book appointments is to be fair to all clients and service providers. Think about it, you really want to book a service at a specific time but couldn’t because that time slot was already taken. Imagine if you found out later that the person didn’t show up and you could have had that appointment time. Wouldn’t you be upset?

Thank you for understanding our booking requirement.  All booked appointments will be confirmed thru our automated system by text message and email (depending on your preference). Please ensure that we have a correct phone number and email for you.

Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.

How Early Should I Arrive to My Appointment?

We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment (new clients should arrive 20 minutes before). As we are a medical spa, we require new patients to fill out a brief medical history and consent form. If you are scheduled for Dermal Fillers, Botox, laser treatments or special peels, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can properly prepare your skin for treatment.

Is there anything I should do prior to my appointment?

We ask that Laser Hair Removal patients come shaved before a treatment. It is recommended to shave 1-2 days prior to your appointment.

Discontinue use of any retinol or Retin-A product at least 5 days prior and no waxing or tweezing of the hair for 3-4 weeks prior to a laser hair removal treatment.

Special instructions may be given to you prior to more invasive treatments based on your individual needs.
